Q.1. What kind of Teacher did Margie and Tommy have?

Ans:- Margie and Tommy had a mechanical teacher. They were largely black and ugly and had a large black screen on which all the lessons were shown and questions were asked. This mechanical teacher had a fixed time in which the students had to put their homework and examination. They write their answer in punchcoud the mechanical teacher calculates the marks immediately.

= Yellow wood syumbolises the autumn season Autumn corresponds which old age. The poet is most probably talking about the last stage of life.

= It conveys that the road which was full of grass but nobody had used that road. It was a smooth road which had not worn out.

iii) The passing there.

= The passing there refer to walking on the road.

iv) Leaves on step had trodden black.

= The leaves had not changed their colour and turned black because of less people steping on them.
It could represent a path on may have never/seldom talken in life far the of uncertainty.

v) How was leads on the way.

= The phrases means how certain decisions one makes in life could pave the way far many other decisions.
